Kate Beckinsale gave fans an insight into her fitness regime on Tuesday, showing off her incredible flexibility.
The 50-year-old actress took to Instagram to share a video from a private yoga class she took at her home on Halloween morning.
Kate showed off her toned physique in a white sports bra and black leggings as she was guided through some tricky poses.
The screen siren began with me stretching my arms while placing my feet next to my head in plow pose, which helped stretch my spine and hamstrings in preparation for the next movement.
With the help of her tutor, Kate did some backbends and then cooled down in happy baby pose.
Fans praised Kate’s flexibility and strength in the comments section.
“Let’s bend it like Beckinsale,” one person joked, while another added: “Sounds complicated.” It’s like some kind of math problem that my body will never be able to solve. ”

Kate revealed her secret to staying in shape in an interview last year.
The actress works out six days a week and has a personal trainer, Brad Siskind.
Kate said women’s health: “I wake up in the morning, eat something, and go to the gym right away. Then, if I do cardio, I do it later in the day.”
Brad added, “She brings the same laser focus to the gym, thanks to the extensive skill set she developed during her action film career.”
“She’s been sucking on my ass for an hour. No phone calls. No breaks. We’re working and I love that about her.”
Kate got in the Halloween spirit last weekend as she attended former TOWIE star Vas J Morgan’s holiday.
The actress revived Barbarella, the buxom space traveler made famous by Jane Fonda, in the iconic 1968 film of the same name, directed by Roger Vadim.
Wearing her character’s famous black fitted sheer jumpsuit and carrying her own personal ray gun, Kate, 50, attended Vas J. Morgan and Michael Brown’s star-studded Halloween show in Los Angeles. Attended a party and definitely got attention.
In keeping with the big screen version of Barbarella crash-landing on a faraway planet, the actress accessorized her outfit with large rips and fake blood stains before appearing at the event.
She completed her look with metallic silver platform boots reminiscent of David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust, and accessorized the look with heavy makeup and a tousled blonde wig.
