Learn how to cook delicious and healthy meals with MHealthy’s free virtual cooking class. registration is open 2 class series in February. Register by 10am on January 26th.
February is Heart Month in America. For support, classes use vitamin-rich citrus fruits, vegetables, and proteins to create heart-healthy meals for you and your loved ones.
Each 45-minute class includes live dialogue with an expert chef and nutritionist.
- February 15th: sunny citrus (Noon – 12:45 PM) – Brighten up the winter sun in this class using sweet, brightly colored citrus fruits. Have a lemon-caper sauce that goes well with fish and a citrus salad rich in heart-healthy nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, fiber, and flavonoids.
- February 22: heart soup (12:00 – 12:45 PM) – In this class, we will make a simple soup with lots of vegetables, broths, herbs and spices. These soups are wholesome, filling, comforting and delicious.
