Featuring presentations by mental health professionals, advocates and industry experts, the workshop aims to create a sense of safety and support and foster positive change.
At the virtual event, attendees will learn how to start conversations about mental health and wellness anywhere, and how to be authentic and open in a hybrid workplace. The workshop leader will demonstrate Mental Wellness Her techniques that help practitioners enjoy moments of calm and clarity in stressful situations.
