At the virtual event, attendees will learn how to start conversations about mental health and wellness anywhere, and how to be authentic and open in a hybrid workplace. The workshop leader will demonstrate Mental Wellness Her techniques that help practitioners enjoy moments of calm and clarity in stressful situations.
