workplace wellbeing company Do not worry announced Thursday that it has acquired Frankie Health, a Dublin-based employee mental health care platform.
In parallel with the deal, the company launched Unmind Talk. This is a service based on Frankie Health’s global network of mental health his providers. Unmind Talk adds to Unmind’s existing digital tools by offering employees a one-on-one session with a professional mental health provider.
Employers can access anonymized data, including analysis on employee turnover, mental health decline and absenteeism.
Frankie Health co-founders James McGann and Seb Poole will join Unmind along with other employees of the company.
Unmind CEO and co-founder Dr. Nick Taylor said in a statement: “Although we always insist that prevention is better than cure, Unmind will continue to strive to realize our vision and become the most trusted and effective global partner for transforming the mental health of our organizations and employees. From the first days of Unmind, we knew that combining the best of science with scalable digital tools could drive change.
