In 2024, a hospital civil service employee (FPH) will receive an average of 2,896 euros net per month in full-time equivalent ; this average takes into account all agents of FPH hospitals and medico-social establishments, whether they are civil servants, non-civil servants or medical staff. In current euros, this average net salary increases by 2.7%. Adjusted for inflation (+2.0% in 2024 after +4.9% in 2023), it increases by 0.7% in constant euros, after falling by 0.9% in 2023.
