Gender-based and sexual violence: ANFH is committed

As part of Women’s Rights Day, the National Association for the Continuing Training of Hospital Personnel (ANFH) reaffirms its mobilization in favor of equality between women and men, thus recalling the crucial role of training. It is thus deploying a reinforced offering to support Public Hospital Service (FPH) establishments in transforming their practices and preventing risks. Communiqué

Comprehensive support: From awareness to action plan

The ANFH offers a complete system to help its members structure their professional equality policy. This support is based in particular on:

  • The Social Barometera free questionnaire allowing you to carry out a state of the social climate within each establishment
  • The “Professional equality: keys to action” surveydeployed since 2023 and available on the qvt-anfh.fr platform, it allows agents to express yourself anonymously on their perceptions, knowledge and needs in terms of equality and prevention through 6 themes as development, diversity, or even professional equality. The results obtained offer establishments a base de diagnostic fiable to build or strengthen their internal action plans.

Train all stakeholders to change hospital culture

The ANFH also offers half-day to two-day training courses for hospital civil service agents. These “Professional equality and fight against stereotypes in the FPH” training courses help staff understand professional equality issues at each level:

  • Training of agents in middle management situations : identify a potentially unequal situation and know how to react, know how to integrate a professional equality and diversity policy, know how to implement and embody a professional equality policy
  • Training of equality and/or diversity representatives : role and mission of the referent, understand the issues and the implementation of an approach, integrate and manage a professional equality and diversity policy
  • Training of human resources service agents : Understand the issues and impacts, the legal fundamentals, integrate a professional equality policy on a daily basis and in HR practices
  • Formation en e-learning tout public : Inform and generally raise awareness about professional equality through role-playing.

A reinforced priority: The fight against sexist and sexual violence

To respond to the challenges of protecting agents, the ANFH has structured a specific training offer to prevent, identify and treat situations of violence. This complete offer is structured around three additional modules:

  • Understand and identify SGBV situations to better guide victims (available in person and remotely).
  • Build and deploy a prevention and discipline process within the establishment.
  • A course on the fundamentals of VSS at work, accessible to all and available since 2024.
