“Taking care of your mental health”: a resource booklet

After a workshop on mental health, a question often comes up among participants: “And if I need help, what do I do?” » To answer this, Psycom has created a resource booklet “Taking care of your mental health”. This information and guidance support is intended for professionals, people affected by mental disorders and their loved ones.

In four pages, it brings together a list of contacts to find support, get information or get involved. Downloadable for free, this booklet also aims to enrich the toolbox of mental health facilitators. It can easily be distributed at the end of interventions.
