Unique Senior Care has introduced an expanded suite of dementia care resources after reporting 100% client satisfaction across several regions during the third quarter of 2025.
The home care provider, recognised for its award-winning standards, achieved perfect scores in multiple areas including Coventry and Solihull. Families highlighted the carers’ empathy, consistency, and professionalism in every interaction.
“We’re incredibly proud of the trust families place in us,” said Helena Hitchcox, Director of Operations at Unique Senior Care.
“Our teams are trained to support not just the practical side of care, but the emotional reality of living with dementia, for both the person and their family.”
The new dementia support bundle features free community memory cafés in Warwickshire and the West Midlands, a digital video series providing hands-on care tips, and a mix of online and print resources tailored to help families coping with cognitive decline.
Building on the company’s established reputation for person-centred care, these resources will be distributed via community networks, local organisations, and Unique Senior Care’s online advice hub.
Survey results revealed that many families valued emotional reassurance as highly as practical support. Several described the organisation as “a second family.” One participant said: “The carers understand my husband’s dementia better than anyone else we’ve met,” while other comments included: “Mum trusts them more than she trusts me now,” and “It’s like having a second family.”
Helena added: “We’re grateful for every piece of feedback we receive. It helps us improve, but it also reminds us why we do this work. People want to feel safe, respected, and cared for. That’s what we’re here to provide.”
