Three New Appointments Place Signature Clinic in a Strong Position for Its Next Chapter of National Growth

Signature Clinic, one of the leading names in cosmetic surgery provision across the United Kingdom, has confirmed three senior appointments designed to strengthen the leadership architecture supporting its clinical standards, operational delivery and commercial performance as the business continues its national expansion.

The individuals appointed are Mr Mabroor Bhatty, stepping in as Clinical Director; Tracey McAleney, assuming the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer; and Sarah Hill, taking on the role of Head of Sales.

Each of these hires has been made in deliberate service of the priorities that define Signature Clinic as an organisation: delivering an exceptional standard of patient care, maintaining clinical excellence across every location, and building the leadership depth that sustained growth across its network of clinics in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, London and Dublin demands.

Dr Sayani Sainudeen, Founder, Signature Clinic said: “These appointments mark an exciting milestone for Signature Clinic as we continue to scale our business across the UK and Ireland. Mr Bhatty’s clinical expertise and commitment to excellence strengthen our medical leadership, while Tracey brings the operational rigour required to support sustainable growth. Sarah’s appointment further enhances our commercial capability, ensuring we continue to deliver strong patient acquisition strategies and outstanding patient experiences. Together, this leadership team positions us strongly for the next phase of growth.”

Appointed to the role of Clinical Director, Mr Mabroor Bhatty contributes a career spanning many decades of dedicated practice and advancement in plastic and cosmetic surgery. He completed his undergraduate medical education at Karachi University before arriving in the United Kingdom to pursue postgraduate training in plastic surgery, gaining his FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1992. His training was undertaken within significant NHS hospital environments through programmes led by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons, before he progressed to a full-time consultancy role. His practice since 2010 has been devoted exclusively to cosmetic surgery, with a strong specialism in facial procedures and the technically demanding field of body contouring for patients following extreme weight loss. He remains a committed contributor to international surgical education, regularly delivering lectures and producing published research in his specialist areas, and he continues to provide his surgical expertise overseas as a visiting plastic surgeon, supporting reconstructive procedures for patients in regions where specialist care is otherwise out of reach.

Taking up the Chief Operating Officer position, Tracey McAleney arrives with a wealth of senior leadership experience drawn from private healthcare, aesthetic medicine and large-scale retail organisations. Her scope of responsibility will encompass strategic operational leadership, performance improvement and the effective management of growth across a multi-site network, maintaining a clear focus on patient experience quality, operational efficiency and the rigorous governance and compliance expectations that define well-run healthcare provision.

Joining as Head of Sales, Sarah Hill brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial leadership across private healthcare, refractive surgery and multi-site organisations to the role. Her focus will be on national sales strategy, the performance of patient acquisition and the commercial growth of the clinic network as a whole. She will work to develop high-calibre sales teams, build patient acquisition frameworks scaled for growth and sustain revenue development within the demands of a regulated healthcare setting. Her career history reflects a consistent pattern of leading large professional teams, introducing effective performance systems and ensuring that sales, marketing, operations and patient service functions contribute in a coordinated and measurable way to shared commercial goals.

Patients across the Signature Clinic network continue to benefit from access to an extensive choice of both surgical and non-surgical treatments, covering procedures such as facelifts, blepharoplasty, gynaecomastia surgery, VASER liposuction and labiaplasty alongside non-surgical options including anti-wrinkle injections, lip fillers, dermal enhancements and a full range of advanced skin treatments.
